WE-Matter in collaboration with the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry is delighted to launch the Manager Transformation Program.

Based on our revenue-impacting behavioural science and human-centric technology, this program aims to enhance managerial effectiveness to engage employees and maximize performance.

The program spans over 12 weeks with one 90-minute virtual session scheduled every week facilitated by Mr. Venkateshwar Padmanabhan, an IIM-A alumnus.

The program is scheduled to start on 25th July and ends on 17th October 2024.

1. Learn, implement and reflect philosophy:

The program is structured around a cyclical model of learning, implementation, and reflection based on 10-year research conducted by Prof. Peter Brown.

2. Quantified Impact on behaviour and business performance:

We initiate a pre and post Manager Excellence Survey to assess the impact on behavior and business performance respectively.

3. Access to LMS Action planning portal along with review and tracking mechanism:

Participants get access to the WE-Matter Action Planning Portal that allows participants and leaders to review and track progress of action plans.

Prior to each virtual session, participants go through the digital training module hosted on WE-Matter’s LMS.

About the Facilitator:

Venkateshwar Padmanabhan, a Computer Science Engineer with a PG Diploma in Management from IIM-A, has 33 years of experience in business development, financial product marketing, research, and training. He has taught at various B-Schools, coached over 15,000 students, and empowered 200+ CXOs through the Coaching Embedded Organizational Development Engagement (CODE) program. Currently pursuing a PhD in Outbound Training (OBT), he has conducted 60+ OBT programs.
