The W.E. Matter Advantage

W.E. Matter predicts Performance and Attrition

Experience with over 2,500 surveys show that most employee engagement scores do not correlate with work results and attrition. W.E. Matter integrates unique insights in both Engagement and Well-being for a true snapshot of employee performance and retention.

In this evolving pandemic, knowing what motivates your regional workforce can be a predictor of performance and stress. Our 5P Framework provides a holistic view of these drivers – be it Passion for customers, Perseverance to overcome challenges or a sense of Pride.

Quick results, benchmarked against your peers

Business Process Outsourcing in Southeast Asia is forecast to grow up to 9% in 2022. The industry is navigating the evolution of hybrid work, quarantine restrictions, and community vaccinations; on top of personal safety, family health and financial stress.

This means Physical and Mental Resilience have become key to an industry with a 50% attrition rate and an average staff drop-out every 18 months.

By participating in the Syndicated Research, you will receive a company scorecard and industry benchmark of your organisation’s Well-being and Engagement drivers to guide your strategic steps forward for 2022 and beyond— all for a fraction of the cost of most engagement surveys!
