STEP 1

Register for a chance to win our global ‘Employees’ Choice Award’ 

 

STEP 2

To avail of additional services, pay before the survey starts to get discounts on our services.

STEP 3

Upload HRIS data of 100% of the on-roll employees in the template sent by us. White list our email id. Send internal communication before the survey start date.

STEP 4

A survey for 100% of the employees is conducted

(While we will allocate a 1 week survey period from Monday to Sunday, early participants can choose the survey period. We will send an email invite for the survey with unique links. We will also send one reminder email.)

 

STEP 5

Tools are provided to help improve your employee engagement based on your subscription level.

 

STEP 6

Digital or In-person Award Ceremony based on the prevailing conditions.
